We take pride in our perspective; every member of our team is under the age of 18. Our staff undergoes structured training and, as they refine their skills, they earn a percentage of project income. This model ensures we prioritize learning and life skills while rewarding responsibility and dedication.

The Team: Coders, Designers, and Strategists

Currently operating out of three schools across the Republic of Ireland, our dedicated crew of 15 staff members covers the entire digital spectrum. Our roles include skilled developers, creative designers, managers, and research specialists, all working together to deliver results that move the needle for our clients.
